With saunas bring all the rage right now, I had to bring Courtney Elling on the podcast to talk about her mobile sauna business and the benefits of sauna. I gained so much from this episode and it was so interesting to learn about these Nordic countries and how sauna is a way of life for them. I recently have began using the sauna more and more and I am so obsessed. The health benefits are undeniable, but the way it makes me feel instantly is why I have been incorporating it into my lifestyle several days a week.
The concept of a mobile sauna is genius and I only forsee them coming to more and more cities around the U.S. Search around to see if there is one in your area and plug into the sauna community.
